Who can apply for the TRIBE Builders Challenge?
Anyone based in Nigeria, age 18+, with a serious business idea that solves a real problem in their community.
You don’t need money, connections, or a perfect pitch — only ambition, perseverance, and a readiness to work and build.
What if I don’t have experience?
We don’t expect you to know everything.
But we expect you to be ready to learn, work hard, and grow.
If you have an idea and the will to act, you can apply.
Is this a grant or free money?
No. This is not a giveaway or handout.
We give tools, training, software, and support unatteinable due to pricing for a lot of aspiring entrepreneurs — but you must bring the hustle, the vision, and the consistency.
Can this lead to paid work?
Yes. If you show strong skills, consistency, and potential while using the software — along with applying what you learn and apply from our trainings (marketing, advertising, sales, customer service, leveraging AI, organic content, and more) — we’ll take notice.
We’re always looking for capable people to help fulfill client projects.
Those who perform well may be invited to join our 123marketing.app team and work on paid, remote opportunities.
This challenge could be your first step toward real income and real clients.
What do I need to submit?
You’ll create a short slide presentation answering specific questions about your idea, your plan, and how you’ll use the tools.
We’ll give you the full structure to follow once you begin your application.
What happens if I’m selected?
You’ll receive a one-year license to 123Marketing.app (worth ₦2M–₦6M depending on your tier), a kickoff call with our team, weekly coaching, full training access, and community membership.
You’ll be featured at TRIBE gatherings, on our website, and across social media — where you can present your idea, share your progress, inspire your fellow TRIBE kin, and possibly attract partners or collaborations.
What if I’m not selected?
Even applying means you’re serious.
And in TRIBE, that means something.

Do I have to pay anything to join?
No. There is no fee to apply or to join the TRIBE Challenge and our free community.
We don’t believe cost should block potential — but we do expect full commitment once you step in, and adherence to TRIBE’s rules.
How long will the challenge run?
Applications close on July 15th, 2025, and winners will be announced August, 15th, 2025.
Once selected, the program runs for 12 months, with community and coaching support throughout.
